Book a weekend away and make it a digital detox

When was the last time you turned off your phone for an entire weekend? This week’s challenge is to book a weekend away and make it a digital detox. Go offline and spend 2 days focusing on you. Practice mindfulness, take a good book, go for long walks, cook beautiful meals and just be.

Whether you need a break from work, or a weekend away from your online study, a staycation (a vacation within driving distance) maybe just what you need to re-focus and rejuvenate.
