Milestone 2 | Develop Operational Plans

Confidently protect your ideas while working with employees and independent consultants to develop an operational plan. During the course of development, expertly navigate performance gaps and resource shortages to the benefit of the overall plan. Finally, apply emerging and future strategies to your operational plan using the applications of Kaizen.

Milestone 3 | Improve Individual and Team Compliance

Milestone 4 | Undertake Audits

Maximise the benefits current systems offer by understanding how to set audit objectives, determining audit processes, effectively engaging with employees, and correctly drawing conclusions.
